About Me

Hi, I’m Casey.

Born in Dallas, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently living in Santa Monica, CA, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007 and have since combined my love of cooking with healthy, gluten-free ingredients to feed her gluten-loving husband. This is an act of love for all my family and friends that supported me along the way and enjoy a good home-cooked meal with me. I love Southern Comfort, my husband loves Asian, so you’ll find an eclectic group of meals I cook on a daily basis.
